Our goal is "To Empower Women of Color from Within" by giving them the tools and confidence to navigate their professional and personal journeys successfully. We provide an uplifting platform that encourages personal growth, community-building, and leadership development. We address key topics that fall under one or many of the Five Stars which are listed below.

Investment in education whether it's a degree from college or a certification. Understanding the importance of adding to your knowledge base.
FINANCIAL STABILITY
The state of being financially secure and not living paycheck to paycheck. Has savings and money resources that give financial stability.
HOMEOWNERSHIP
Understanding the benefits and the process of purchasing a home. Whether it's for living in or for investment purposes.
SOPHISTICATION/CULTURE
Exposure to different cultures and settings that develop a level of sophistication. Refinement and well versed on social and economic topics.
ATTRACTIVE APPEARANCE
Attractive Appearance is a reflection of what is going on internally & externally. Valuing the importance of taking care of self and knowing how to show up in spaces. It's important to have self-care (skin care & hair care) but also to take care of the mental & emotional.
